Click Fraud

How to deal with click fraud?

The initial sign of likely click fraud is a unexplained growth in PPC and clicks without any growth in conversions. All clicks and no sales. This can prove an obstacle for many web-based sellers.

The question is; for what purpose are these people clicking more?

The most immediate answer is that your PPC ad (Pay Per Click) has found itself on another person’s website as a Google Adsense ad and they are clicking repeatedly on it so that they can make a lot more money. It might also be a business competitor, trying to deplete your advertising funds.

It could be simply be vandalism.
